Dissemination events
In the final stage of the project, national dissemination events were organized in each partner country. These events aimed to present the Intellectual Outputs, share results from the pilot testing workshops, and demonstrate the practical use of the developed tools.
Youth workers, educators, psychologists, trainers, and other professionals working with young people participated in interactive sessions, workshops, and tool demonstrations. The events highlighted how developmental and ecocentric psychology, combined with nature-based learning, can effectively address the needs of diverse youth groups.
The dissemination events also contributed to building national networks of professionals interested in applying innovative, holistic approaches in youth work. Participating youth workers were encouraged to transfer their knowledge within their organizations, multiplying the project’s impact.
In Sweden, we decided to do three smaller dissemination events instead of one big event, in order to tailor each event to the needs of different target groups (such as language and needed background knowledge). The audience of the 3 events were 25 youth workers, students from the Social work department and teachers.
In Bulgaria we implemented two events. First one was designed as a practical demonstration and presentation of the project results and implemented in the outdoor educational center “School in Nature”. Second one was implemented in the Youth Center in Smolyan city and was targeting the team of professional Youth workers of the center. A total of 30 participants were present during the dissemination events.
