The Training Course “THE WAY OF NATURE”
The international training course was a central element of The Way of Nature project and played a key role in ensuring the quality and impact of the developed Intellectual Outputs. A total of 22 youth workers from Bulgaria and Sweden participated in the training, designed to provide in-depth professional development and hands-on experience.
During the course, participants explored innovative approaches combining developmental psychology and nature-based learning. The training emphasized practical application, self-reflection, and experiential learning, enabling participants to test and evaluate the methodology in real-time.
As a result, youth workers significantly strengthened their competencies in addressing developmental deficits, designing nature-based sessions, and working with disadvantaged and hard-to-reach young people. The training also fostered motivation, professional confidence, and long-term commitment to high-quality youth work.
