Ognian Gadoularov (Bulgaria) is a passionate naturalist, rock climber, and expert in wildlife, birds, and forests. For 16 years, he has been working in the field of non-formal education and personal development.

Ognian supports people to unfold their full potential in life and to discover themselves. He is a guide with interests and experience in meditation, yoga, and energy practices. His favorite topics are personal development, self-discovery, responsible consumption, human-nature reciprocity. He lives as an activist for cultural evolution, re-sacredtising life and reconnecting people with more-than-human-world. As a participant in the Great Turning, he is known as Death Tracker/Life Breather, dedicated to the Great Work for a fair future for all living and nonliving beings on Earth.

Оgnian is certified through Nature-based Wholing and Self-healing Wild Mind Training Programme (WMTP) at Bill Plotkin’s Animas Valley Institute, Colorado, USA.

Toni Mallach (Sweden) is a nature-based human development guide, trainer and facilitator. They are devoted to serving the more-than-human world and specialize in weaving deep connections between humans and nature. With a background as a musician, dancer, and storyteller, Toni brings creativity and embodied presence into their work, inviting people to listen, feel, and rediscover their belonging within the living Earth.

For several years, Toni has worked in the field of non-formal education, community building, and regenerative culture. Their path has led them from the concert halls of Brussels, where they earned a Master’s degree in classical music performance, to the ecovillages of Northern Europe, where they have been active in education, mentoring, and ecological regeneration. They hold an Ecovillage Design Certificate from Gaia Education and completed the SALTO Training of Trainers for European Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Projects (2023–24).

Toni is passionate about guiding individuals and groups into authentic expression, courageous communication, and collective learning. They create inclusive, safe spaces that welcome diversity, informed by their own experience as a non-binary person. Their favorite fields are human–nature reciprocity, sustainability, active participation, and the art of living together.
