Eco-trail to the Nikolinski Kladenets Protected Area, Vetrintsi

The team of Learning for Change, together with friends, local people and the team of Vetrintsi's community centre, cleared up and marked the trail to the Nikolinski kladenets protected area. The route is easy, it crosses an old oak forest and goes along a meadow before reaching the Nikolinski kladenets water spring.

The following map will guide you to this protected area and it also shows some of the local species you can come across on your walk. 

Map colours legend:
Blue – these species aren’t endangered or protected under the Biological Diversity Act;
Green – these species aren’t endangered but are protected under the Biological Diversity Act;
Red - these species are endangered and protected under the Biological Diversity Act.
